A centralized HR CRM built for a UK-based organization to bring recruitment, employee management, and everyday HR workflows into one connected system, with AI helping teams reduce repetitive work and make better use of workforce data.
As the organization expanded its workforce, HR teams were managing recruitment and employee information across different tools and processes. Candidate applications were handled separately from employee records, while routine HR requests and internal follow-ups often relied on manual communication. This made it harder for HR teams to keep information organized and get a complete picture of their workforce. Recruiters also spent considerable time reviewing applications and moving candidates through different stages of the hiring process. The organization needed a single platform that could bring these activities together while using AI where it could genuinely save time, rather than adding another disconnected tool to the HR workflow.
The existing recruitment and HR processes were reviewed to understand where teams were losing time and which repetitive tasks could realistically be automated.
A centralized CRM was developed to manage candidate profiles, employee information, recruitment stages, HR requests, and internal records from one platform.
AI capabilities were introduced to help with tasks such as candidate profile analysis, CV screening, information retrieval, and identifying relevant candidates based on predefined role requirements.
Workforce analytics and reporting were added to help HR teams understand recruitment activity, employee data, and broader workforce trends without having to manually compile information from different systems.
The biggest improvement was having our recruitment and HR information in one place. The AI features helped take care of some of the repetitive work, but the real value came from having a clearer view of the entire HR process.
